The work to be done includes but is not limited to: demolition of an existing wooden retaining wall and construction of new steel soldier pile and timber lagging walls. The work also includes traffic control; temporary and permanent sediment and erosion control measures; minor drainage improvements; and other items or details not mentioned above that are required by the plans, standard
specifications, or these project specifications to be performed, placed,
constructed, or installed. Work is to be completed in the following location: Simmons Lane along the frontage of Pioneer Park. Time for completion is 20 Working Days. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
