Description
The Charles G. Meigs Sr. Community Center is a County Owned 44,000 sq. ft. two story structure located on approximately 30 acres. Contractor involves in general: Paint / Coat exterior (building envelope) with 100% Acrylic paint. (existing exterior surface is stucco). Exterior building envelope is described as all stucco surfaces on all floors. Existing stucco surface is currently a white shade. See attached for detailed requirements. Questions are due by 1:30 PM on Sept 13th. Prevailing wages apply. Bonds required.
