Description
The work includes demolition, temporary construction fence, temporary scaffolding under the pier, exterior siding, wood fascia, rough carpentry, minor concrete, partition walls, metal doors and frames, signage, interior drywall, ceramic tile floors and wainscots, restroom amenities, painting, lighting, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and other works per plans and specifications. The project contract shall be completed and facility shall be made ready for service within 70 working days. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
