Description
The work under this Contract consists of drainage system and streetscape improvements including replacement of sidewalk with cement concrete walk featuring ADA compliant curb cuts and wheelchair ramps, pedestrian crossings, on-street parallel parking, removing and resetting or replacing granite curb, linear landscape features including landscaped median, lighting, trees, plantings, and mulch, retaining walls, micro-mill and overlay and full depth reconstruction of the roadway, and application of new pavement markings. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. All work under this contract shall be completed before May 20, 2022. Deadline for questions is September 10, 2021 by 12:00pm.
