Description
Painting the exterior and interior of the Tatnuck Fire Station as per the requirements and specifications of the Worcester Fire Department. Exterior of Fire Station: Power/pressure wash roof trim, window trim, door trim and stucco exterior areas of the station, Scrape all trim surfaces and exterior doors receiving new paint, Apply one (1) full coat of oil primer to soffits, trim, doors and flagpole, Apply two (2) coats of finish paint to stucco, soffit, trim, and flagpole, and All entrance doors to receive two (2) coats of paint. Interior of Fire Station: Apparatus ceiling to be scraped and stain blocked, Apparatus ceiling water damage patched, and Apply two (2) coats ceiling paint. Painting to commence end of September/early October. Bonds and prevailing wages
