Description
The scope of this contract covers 5 main areas: 1. Upper Basin (desired outcome: sealed basin, clear of vegetation & debris, proper waterflow that prevents stagnant water) 2. Middle Basin / Waterfall Face desired outcome: sealed rock face & basin, filled voids in face that prevent water flowing behind the structure & causing further damage, clean & detailed rockwork that matches the detail put in by the original contractor) 3. Lower Basin (desired outcome: sealed, clean, free flowing basin between waterfall & pump vault) 4. Vault (desired outcome: clean & safe vault areas. Plumbing, chemical & filtration supporting the longevity of the pump equipment & overall chemistry balance of the waterfall) 5. Misc. (desired outcome: turnkey handoff, where city staff is made capable to respond and shut down pumps or adjust timers as needed). Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
