2022 Street Rehabilitation Task Order Contract Pkg 11, Modified Mill & Overlay, San Antonio, TX

Project construction may include but is not limited to: street reconstruction to include subgrade proof rolling and lime treatment, installation of asphaltic base courses, installation of asphalt surface course, asphalt milling and overlay, seal coat, base and pavement replacement, cleaning and sealing joints and cracks, curb ramps, concrete curbs, sidewalks, driveways, concrete retaining walls-combination type, mailbox relocation, speed humps, topsoil and sodding, tree removal and installation, signage, pavement markings installation, and minor utility adjustments of existing manholes and valve boxes, relocating customer shutoff valves, backflow preventers and pressure reducing valves, existing meter and meter box relocation, short and long service relays, and adjusting existing sanitary sewer cleanouts, and any other items required due to the site conditions to accomplish the project scope. Questions are due by 4:00 PM on Sept 21st. It is understood and agreed that the work is to be substantially completed on or before 270 calendar days. SBEDA Program Compliance required. Prevailing wages apply. Bonds required.
