Description
The Jo Marie Street Phase 1 Drainage Improvements Project intends to provide drainage improvements to the street ditches and to alleviate street flooding, by installing an underground drainage system. It is important to note that this project, Phase 1, aims to resolve drainage issues along Jo Marie; the project focuses on & addresses ditch capacity and maintenance concerns. City of San
Antonio will perform street improvements in a future phase. The Deadline for questions is scheduled for September 13, 2021 at 4:00 P.M. It is understood and agreed that the work is to be substantially completed on or before 300 calendar days. If alternate 1 is accepted 0 calendar days will be added to the total days. SBEDA Program Compliance required. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. TEC Form 1295 required.
