Description
Work consists of the following: Selective demolition of existing portions of the roof (metal coping caps, expansion joint covers, metal flashing, coping covers) and other items as indicated in the Construction Documents. Installation of a silicone roof coating system over an existing granular modified bitumen membrane roof system. System shall be complete from one source and will include the following: new silicone coating system (cleaner, epoxy primer, silicone sealant, poly fabrics, and all required components to achieve a fully warrantied roof installation). Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Bonds requirement.
