It is the intent of the Owner to select, via a Request for Construction Management at Risk Proposal process, a Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) for Broadway Park. The scope of the project consists of additions to Broadway Park, including a spray-ground, playground, trails, shade structures, site amenities, etc. Also included in the construction will be demolition / removals of existing trails, trees and misc. amenities.
