Description
This project consists of replacing approximately 17,815 SF of existing built-up roof with new EPDM membrane roofing. Contractor shall also provide and install approximately 8,896 SF of new metal standing seam roof panels over the existing sloping EPDM roof membrane at Flatwoods Elementary School. All bids shall be on a lump sum basis. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
