Painting Inside of the Development Services Building, Savannah, GA

This event is only open to local savannah businesses that have a current business tax certificate that was issued not earlier than one year prior to the release of this event. Responses received from non-local vendors will not be opened or read aloud. Please include a copy of your savannah business tax certificate with your bid to be considered. The scope of work shall include but not be limited to the following: The selected bidder shall repair any damage to walls, doors, and trim in each specified room in the building. All repairs to the walls, doors, and trim shall be primed using Sherwin-Williams multi-purpose primer. The entire inside of the building including all walls, doors, and trim shall be painted with Sherwin-Williams Super Paint. All baseboards that are wood shall be painted by the selected bidder. All colors for the walls, doors, and trim shall be determined at a later date.
