Description

The principal work to be performed involves the demolition and replacement of the Post-Ozonation Low Voltage Motor Control Centers (MCC) 35:MCC-21 & 35-MCC-22 and upstream feeders; retrofitting of new feeder breakers and vertical bus within the Effluent Pump Station Low Voltage Switchgear 37:MCC-37A & 37:MCC37B, at the F. Wayne Hill Water Resources Center. Project testing to include mandrel testing upon existing conduits and lateral raceway, Megger testing on existing power wiring, and acceptance testing on newly installed electrical equipment. All power wiring and connections as indicated on the drawings or as required for the proper operation of all electrically operated equipment, Electrical Arc Flash Analysis, Short-Circuit and Coordination Study are to be provided. Work also includes the communication network connection and System Integration of MCC intelligent devices to the facility SCADA system.
