Maintenance, Repair, and Resurfacing of Outdoor Sports Courts on an Annual Contract, Gwinnet County, GA

Gwinnett County Department of Community Services, Parks and Recreation Division, is seeking two (2) qualified contractors, one (1) primary contractor and one (1) secondary contractor, to maintain, repair and resurface outdoor asphalt and cushioned sports courts on an annual contract. The primary contractor will be the lowest responsive, responsible bidder and will be the main vendor for this contract. The next lowest responsive, responsible bidder will be the secondary contractor for this contract. If the primary bidder is unable to schedule maintenance, repairs, or resurfacing at a specific location within six (6) weeks of the request. Bonds required. the County representative may contact the secondary vendor to perform the work. If both contractors are unable to perform services within the time specified, the County may choose to assess penalties per the contract.
