Description
The City of Chesapeake is seeking bids from qualified landscape and/or Grounds
Maintenance contractors to provide maintenance of the existing landscape beds on a monthly basis. These sites are located at various points throughout the City, largely within the Greenbrier and South Norfolk Tax Increment Fund (TIF) districts. Please refer to the attached location maps for the site delineations. Period of contract: one (1) year from the date of execution with four (4) one (1) year renewal options, upon the mutual written agreement of the parties. Q&A due by 3pm, 9/10/21.
