Description
he Work includes the following major items: removal of the existing air handling unit, exhaust fans, condensing units, and all associated accessories. Installation of new make up air handling unit, and VRF system, including associated terminal units, refrigerant piping, branch selector manifolds, ventilation ductwork, dampers electrical connections, heat recovery controllers, ceiling cassettes, condensate/drain piping, and all other system utilities. Q&A due by 5pm, 9/20/21. Bonds required.
