Scope of work: The building is 40’ x 20’. The areas of the building included in this project are as follows: Sidewall (painted shingle siding) of all 4 sides, Double hung windows: One (1) 6x2; Two (2) 3x2, One (1) entry door, One (1) set of entry steps, and Sign on front of building: removed, repainted, and reinstalled. The scope of work for this project is as follows: Prep all wood surfaces for painting, Sand all wood surfaces (including trim, window casings, sashes, door casings) to remove loose and/or peeling paint, Apply a 2 part epoxy or similar type filler to all small areas where wood is damaged (including areas of rot, etc.), Apply two (2) full coats of an oil based primer to all wood areas including trim, window casings, door casings, garage doors, etc., Remove old/failed glaze from window sash where necessary, prime, and re-glaze, Caulk and patch spots as needed, Apply 2 finish coats of paint on all primed wood surfaces, Entry steps prepped and treated with waterproofing or sealant, Paint colors should be white to match existing color for trim, doors, windows, gutters, and downspouts, and Paint should be durable, exterior paint.
