White Pond Beach Area Improvements - Phase 1, Concord, MA

The scope of work generally consists of clearing, grubbing and selective pruning of trees and other earth matter in order to construct new subsurface stormwater collection and infiltration systems and to create accessible pathways within the forested hillside for access. Additionally, the successful prosper will also be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct a boardwalk, other walking pathways for beach access and renovating the lower vehicle drop off area and ADA parking spaces. Work shall include the demolition of existing site elements, installation of bituminous concrete pavement (walks, drives parking areas), drainage systems, boardwalk, and a robust restoration/reforestation planting plan and other landscaping efforts.
