Description
The District of Columbia Department of General Services is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to solicit design-build proposals from offerors interested in serving as the design-builder for the modernization of Garfield Elementary School, which will be located at 2435 Alabama Ave SE, Washington, DC. The Project includes the complete renovation of the existing historic building and new construction additions to create approximately 76,000 gross square feet of modernized learning space. DBE goal 51%. Q&A due by 2pm, 10/8/21. Bonds required. Living wages apply.
