Description
Modernization & Renovations: The District of Columbia Department of General Services is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to solicit design-build proposals from offerors interested in serving as the design-builder for the modernization of Dorothy Height Elementary School which will be located at 1300 Allison Street NW, Washington, DC. The Project will include the complete renovation of the existing 1939 historic building, a renovation of the existing “annex” building on the property, and new construction addition(s), including a new construction connection between the main building and the annex, to create approximately 93,000 gross square feet of modernized learning space. DBE goal 51%. Q&A due by 2pm, 9/13/21. Bonds required. Living wages apply.
