Construction of the 13th Street SE Infrastructure Improvements Project, Washington, DC

The Project includes new road construction of 13th Street SE and portions of Cherry Street SE and Cypress Street SE to meet DDOT standards. The 13th Street SE limits are from Pecan Street (north end) to the new entrance to the existing St Elizabeths Hospital (“SEH" or “St Elizabeths Hospital”). The Work also includes the completion of Cherry St SE from 13th St to Oak Drive SE and the reconstruction of Cypress Street at the 13th St intersection from the existing temporary cul-de-sac to a “T” intersection. The project includes installation of new wet and dry utilities, a new water service to the existing St Elizabeths Hospital, and disconnection of an existing private 8-inch waterline to SEH as shown on the Contract Plans and indicated in the specifications and Project Special Provisions to meet DC Water standards. Q&A due by 4pm, 9/10/21. DBE goal 50%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
