Description
The City of El Paso is soliciting bids for General Cleaning – Parks & Recreation Facilities, primarily for the Parks and Recreation Department. The City shall order all of its supplies and/or services from one successful bidder (contractor) from time to time as needed. Only personnel from Parks and Recreation Department are authorized to directly place orders against this Contract. Personnel from other City departments may only utilize this contract with express written authorization from the Parks and Recreation Department and only if the additional usage is within reasonableness given the total awarded amount of the Contract. The term of this contract shall be for: thirty six (36) months. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
