Description
The Township of Toms River is seeking bids from experienced Heating, Venting and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Mechanical Contractors to provide monthly preventative maintenance services at a fixed rate and new installation and/or repair services, as needed, on a time and materials basis, to various Township buildings as listed herein. This bid shall include the furnishing and delivery of all the necessary expertise, supervision, labor, permits, parts, materials and tools as required to repair, install and/or maintain the Township’s HVAC systems. The term of this contract shall be for a period of three (3) consecutive years. Contract shall be effective October 23, 2021 through October 22, 2024. Bonds required.
