Description
The Contractor shall commence work immediately upon notification by the DPW Director or his designee in accordance with provisions included hereinafter, using the number of equipment required by the DPW. Upon notification of a pending snowstorm, the Contractor must mobilize its operators and equipment and have them report directly to the DPW headquarters dispatch office located at 13-15 Linden Avenue East, Jersey City, NJ, to sign-in The work shall be prosecuted diligently without delay from the start to the completion of snow removal. Bonds required. The contractor or subcontractor agrees to make good faith efforts to meet targeted county employment goals established in accordance with N.J.A.C. 17:27-5.2.
