Description
The City is soliciting proposals from experienced teams with demonstrated experience in the design and new construction of Pre-Stressed concrete reservoirs, booster pump stations and water transmission pipelines. The City of Tigard plans to design and construct the new 3.0 million-gallon Reservoir at one of two sites in western Tigard. The two sites being considered for construction are Sunrise Park, north of the intersection of SW 150th Avenue and SW Sunrise Lane, and the Cach Water Site, located on the westside of the 15100 block of SW Sunrise Lane. Construction is targeted to begin Summer of 2022 with expectations to complete construction by Spring of 2024.
