Description

The San Diego Housing Commission (SDHC) announces the availability of Fiscal Year 2022 funding and federal rental housing vouchers for affordable housing through this Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA). Funds included in this NOFA provide an opportunity for SDHC to facilitate acquisition and new construction, acquisition with rehabilitation, or rehabilitation of affordable rental housing for San Diego households with low income (up to 60 percent of San Diego’s Area Median Income [AMI]), very low income (up to 50 percent of AMI), and extremely low income (up to 30 percent of AMI). Projects with proposed income averaging will be reviewed on case-by-case basis. All applicable federal funding regulations for AMI requirements will apply
