The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the necessary repairs to fix the damage to the garage described in these Specifications including, but not necessarily limited to, the following: Removal of electrical supply to overhead door operator, overhead door springs & upper door tracks, and upper door panel and door operator. Remove and replace approximately 450 sq. ft. of exterior wall system. Remove and replace approximately 50 linear feet of interior and exterior panel closure polyethylene foam. Remove and reset approximately 24 linear feet of gable and rake trim. Remove and reset approximately 32 linear feet of overhead door jamb trim cap. Remove and replace approximately 140 linear feet of wall perlins. Remove and replace approximately 270 sq. ft. of 4" batt insulation.
