Description
The City of San Marcos Public Works Department, Transportation Division, requires traffic control on IH-35 at Tanger Outlet Mall (4015 IH-35 South, San Marcos TX 78666); according to the TXDOT approved traffic control plan (Exhibit 1 and 2). Dates for traffic control will be for Black Friday shopping during the Thanksgiving weekend, and Tax Free Weekend in August. See attached for detailed requirements.
