The Project consists of: interior renovation to create 2 fully-accessible, single occupant,
public bathrooms, 1 bathroom in each of the 2 addresses listed. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work, General Building Construction, and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed CAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement. Sub bids will be received until September 15, 2021 at 2:00pm. Sub trades include Plumbing. Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for Plumbing and bidders must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub Bidder’s Update Statement.
