Description
The general scope of work is to remove and properly dispose of existing HVAC system and provide and install new HVAC system at the Public Works Maintenance and Operations Center located at 27860 Bradley Road, Menifee, CA 92586. Contractor shall supply all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete these services. The City shall pay the City Permit fees to the City Building and Safety Dept. All other fees and testing shall be paid by the Contractor. The Contractor shall coordinate all aspects of the project and pull all permits. Project duration is 30 working days. Questions due by 2:00 PM on Sept 8th. Prevailing wages apply.
