Description
The awarded contractor agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to paint designated areas of the exterior, the entire interior, and replace cove base at Santa Monica DMV field office for the term of this Agreement. The Contractor is responsible for field verifying all dimensions and existing site conditions pertinent to this Agreement. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. DBE incentives.
