Description

It is the intent of the County of Santa Clara – Facilities and Fleet Department to establish a term contract with a contractor to provide Plumbing Services on an “as needed” basis (“Contract”). The term contract shall only be used for repair work and replacement of currently existing structures with County approved equivalents. The term contract shall be for a period of one (1) year, unless terminated or otherwise amended.
