Residential Street Rebuild Program (Parts F, H & G), Year 2, Corpus Christi, TX

The project scope includes one (1) bid set with a total of three (3) contracts which consist of pavement reconstruction and pavement rehabilitation for a total of twenty-three (23) residential streets in various locations throughout Corpus Christi, Nueces County. Additional quantities have been included for future street improvements that will be identified by the City. In addition to the pavement improvements, sidewalk, curb and gutter, curb ramp, storm water and driveway improvements will be included. The Project will be coordinated and approved by the City. If necessary, changes may be made to the street locations (e.g., adding or removing streets) in order to satisfy the overall budget. The purpose of this package is to establish unit rates for Base Bid F, Base Bid G, and Base Bid H – which are three separate contracts. To be awarded multiple contracts the Bidder must demonstrate that they have the capacity to work on multiple contracts simultaneously. The work is to be substantially completed within 510 days for Base Bid F, 570 days for Base Bid G and 570 days for Base Bid H. Questions are due by 4:00 PM on Sept 22nd. Any attempt to question City employees regarding this RFB outside of on line submissions may result in the City disqualifying that Bidder. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. DBE GFE required.
