Description
The Town of Palisade (“Town”) wishes to undertake a construction project to demolish the
classroom annexes of the old Palisade High School in preparation for future development of the
Civic Center campus. Asbestos materials are present in the old high school that will need to be
mitigated prior to demolition of the structure(s). This bid is for independent oversight and air
monitoring services as part of this mitigation process. The design documents for this mitigation
project are included for your reference in Part 2 of the specifications. Bonds
