Description
The Monroe County Department of Environmental Services is seeking a qualified bidder to supply and install 2 make-up air heating units for installation such as manufactured by York or approved equal for use at a wastewater facility. The units shall be based on York models XTI-42x72 (Lube Room MAU) and XTI-42x66 (Hallway MAU). Units shall be packaged air handler comprised of a casing, hot water integral face and bypass coil, non-overloading fan, field fabrication of ductwork and supports as specified. Both units are to be delivered "BMS ready" (terminal strip) for control by Monroe County centralized temperature and monitoring control system. The bidder shall ensure that proposed unit and field fabricated supporting structures and dimensions are appropriately sized to the space to be installed. The primary MAU is an indoor installation and the Maintenance Shop MAU is a rooftop installation. All necessary work specified is to be performed by winning bidder including all lifts, cranes and disposal needs. Deadline for questions is September 21, 2021 by 12:00pm.
