Description
The project scope includes but is not limited to the removal and replacement of the existing asphalt shingle roof, installation of new flashing, replacement of damaged substrate where necessary, installation of new ice guards, evaluation and possible replacement of metal roofing on dormers, installation of ridge vent, removal of flat roof on rear of building, installation of new insulation, EPDM roofing and flashings, etc. The total contract time from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed until total closeout of the project shall be 180 calendar days. The contract time to perform the construction work shall be 90 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed to Substantial Completion. Bonds and prevailing wages
