Description
Washington County is seeking bids for the Aloha Inn Permanent Supportive Housing Project. This project consists of the conversion of existing 3-story, 52 room hotel into 54 units of permanent supportive housing. Upgrades include the addition of kitchens in units, the addition of code compliant ventilation, restroom accessibility upgrades, common area space changes and finish upgrades, and enclosure of an existing breezeway/portico space under the building. Completion estimated to occur early 2022, and the northern wing estimated to occur late Spring 2022. Must have Performance and Payment Bonds. Bids will be submitted electronically prior to the Bid Closing of 2:00 pm, Thursday, September 9, 2021 on the County’s electronic bidding system at www.WashCoPurch.com/biz.
