Description
The Department is issuing this IFB in order to invite qualified firms to provide janitorial
services at the Department’s satellite office located at 411A Dorchester Avenue, Suite 202,
Second Floor Cambridge, MD 21613. The office premises encompass an area of
approximately eight-thousand, five-hundred, twenty-five (8,525) square feet of space.
Approximately half of this floor-space is carpeted, and substantial floor space is occupied by objects, such as filing cabinets, that reduce the overall area to be cleaned. Contractor
Personnel should arrive at 5:00 PM, which is the office’s close of business, Monday through
Friday, to perform the required janitorial services. This is a Small Business Reserve Procurement for which award will be limited to certified small business vendors. Q&A due by 2pm, 9/27/21. Bonds required. Living wages apply.
