Description

The Santa Rosa County School District is seeking Contractor(s) to perform Trade Services. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages. The Santa Rosa County School District request bids for general carpentry services on an as needed basis. This bid is for a licensed contractor with multi-trade abilities and a minimum five (5) years of verifiable successful experience in all trades listed. The Contractor must have strong woodworking skills. The Contractor must have the ability to perform basic building and repair tasks, including but not limited to drywall finishing, plastering, paneling, concrete work, block work, cabinet work, laminate installation, etc. The Contractor will be expected to have the experience to perform the scope of work and operate common equipment that may be used in jobs covered by this bid inclusive of consulting and cost estimating. The Contractor must provide all labor, supervision, tools, and equipment to complete specified work, Term is through 10/21/26.
