Description
In accordance with the attached terms, conditions and specifications, it is the intent of this formal Invitation to Bid (ITB) to receive Bid Proposals from qualified Bidders for janitorial services for the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC), Bonneville Transit Center (BTC). Service hours will be required during the graveyard shift from (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM), seven days a
week, 365 days a year, with additional emergency work as needed, in accordance with the Draft Scope of Services. The initial term will be from December 1, 2021 through November 30, 2022, with the option to renew for up to four (4), one-year options. No federal funds are involved.
