Description
Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for completion of the improvements as shown on the Drawings. This shall include, but not be limited to: removal (and disposal) of the existing sand & anthracite media, demolition and removal of the existing Leopold underdrain systems, removal and replacement of the existing air headers/manifolds, installation of new stainless steel underdrains, reinstallation of the sand & anthracite media and final testing and preparation of the installation prior to filtration of water and placement into operation. This Project is deemed a Horizontal Construction Project. Questions are due by 5:00 PM on Sept 9th. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
