Description
ELS Construction is seeking subcontractor bids for tenant improvement, 2029 SF at Brompton Junction, 50 Powell Street, San Francisco, CA 94102 for the following trades: Demolition, Doors / Frames / Hardware, Drywall, Electrical, Finish Carpentry, Millwork, Fixturing, Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, Flooring (Tile), HVAC, Voice & Data, Painting, Plumbing, Saw Cutting & Concrete Pour Back. Please note that all awarded subcontractors will have to go through the GC Pay software process to submit all invoices and compliance documents. Please be sure to include the $15.00 per invoice administration fee in your proposal. All proposal submissions should include a copy of your company’s W-9. Failure to comply with this request may disqualify you from winning the project. All proposals should be sent to [email protected].
