Nottingham Pond Principal Spillway Replacement & Retrofit Project, Elkridge, MD

Howard County intends to procure the services of a construction firm to furnish services for the construction (including the provision of all required labor, equipment, and materials) of provided final plans and specifications provided herewith for the Nottingham Pond Principal Spillway Replacement and Retrofit Project. This project involves the retrofit of an existing online pond located west of Huntshire Drive in Elkridge, Maryland for the Stormwater Management Division of the Bureau of Environmental Services, Department of Public Works, Howard County, Maryland. Project includes, but is not limited to, replacement of existing riser and principal spillway pipes, installation of cast-in-place concrete structures, relocation of water and sanitary sewer lines, reconstruction of roads, and maintenance of traffic on MDOT-SHA highway and county road. Bonds required.
