The Project consists of Selective Demolition, Renovation of Administration Space, Construction of new bathroom, lockers, showers, stairs, mezzanine, loft, Upgrades of HVAC system, Electrical, and Relocation of Air compressor at the Town of Dracut Dillon Center at 833 Hildreth Street Dracut MA. General bidders must be certified DCAMM in the category of General Construction. Sub bids will be received until September 23, 2021 at 2:00pm. Sub trades include HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing. Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trades listed below and must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and have a signed DCAMM Sub- Bidder’s Update Statement.
