Description
The awarded firm shall be able to service and repair, but not necessarily be limited to, the types of equipment listed below: Gas equipment, electric equipment, refrigeration equipment, stoves, ovens, fryers, grills, walk-in coolers, freezers, kettles, steamers, dishwashers, coffee equipment: brewers, espresso machines. The University is looking to ensure its kitchen equipment is working properly, extend its useful utility, reduce unexpected breakdowns and make the cleaning and sanitization process easier through the use of scheduled preventative maintenance. Prevailing wages apply.
