Description
Work to be performed under this project includes, but is not limited to the following: The project is a 12,000-sf renovation of an existing interior laboratory space to create a Multicultural Center with an exterior landscaped entry. The project will upgrade the existing HVAC equipment and distribution system, including interior finishes and lighting. The facility will also provide a space for entertainment, faculty offices, conference room and a reception area. The Work includes: Selective demolition; sitework and landscaping; architectural work including interiors; miscellaneous structural work; mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection work. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
