Overhead Sign Structure Repairs Jane Addams Memorial Tollway, Cook County, IL

All work under this contract shall be completed by July 31, 2022. The location of the services to be performed for this contract is the Jane Addams Memorial Tollway between Mile Post 62.0 and Mile Post 75.8 in Cook County, Illinois. The work under this contract includes inspection, rehabilitation and replacement of bolts on overhead ITS gantry structures, along with maintenance of traffic and other miscellaneous work as needed. This contract is subject to the Small Business Initiative and the Small Business Set-Aside Program (SBSP). Small Business Initiative as defined by the Special Provision and SBSP as defined under Section 45-45 of the Illinois Procurement Code (30 ILCS 500/45-45). Only those bidders registered in the Illinois Procurement Gateway (IPG) who qualify as a small business under the Provision/Code may bid on this contract. For purposes of this contract, a small business is defined as a business that is independently owned and operated, is not dominant in its field of operation, and meets the required size status and sales limitations. This contract includes a specific DBE utilization goal of 42% for Core Work. This contract includes a specific Veteran Small Business participation goal of 3% based on the availability of CMS certified VOSB/SDVOSB vendors to perform or provide the anticipated services and/or supplies required by this solicitation.
