Description
The City of Southlake is seeking a vendor to perform rehabilitation services for various concrete sewer system manhole, wet well or other sewer related structures. The concrete structure of our sanitary sewer manholes and wet wells in our wastewater system, due to high levels of hydrogen sulfide are deteriorating. This rehabilitation service shall consist of, but not be limited to, cleaning, repairing and coating with Raven 405, 100% solids epoxy or equivalent, (Protective Coating Material-PCM) which is resistant to hydrogen sulfide. Manholes and Wet Wells will be services on an as needed basis. We anticipate selecting ten (10) or more manholes for each requested service however this is not a guaranteed number per requested service. The City does not guarantee a minimum or maximum number of services to be requested at a single time. Bonds required.
