Description
The project consists of removal and replacement of all existing fencing, clearing and grubbing, demo of: asphalt, PCC, trees, brush and misc. items as shown on the plans. The project also includes construction of PCC curb, sidewalk and driveway apron; 3 on 6 AC parking area, AC patch, electrical conduit, sleeving, post-tension concrete slab, boulder and rock placement, bench and sign installations, acrylic tennis court surfacing, parking lot and court striping and all common phases customarily associated with this type of project. The Contractor will be responsible for obtaining a Nevada Licensed Engineered design for both the fencing and post-tension concrete, any required permits, site safety and protection of public from hazards at all times during construction. Existing infrastructure (signage and striping, driveways, curb and gutter, sidewalk, utilities) will be returned to current or better condition. Sealed bids must be submitted in accordance with the bid documents, drawings and plans, specifications and special conditions related hereto. All contractors must comply with NRS 338.01165 for this project, unless a modification, waiver, or exemption applies. Bid questions are due by 11:00 AM on Sept 21st. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
