Description
The scope of the Project includes, but may not be limited to, the following: The complete remodel of all restrooms to single use including ADA upgrades. HVAC replacement with Carrier units, including placement of rooftop mechanical equipment. Installation of the following Distech brand, brand equivalent or better, automated HVAC controls Multi-protocol Web Building Controller : Distech Model EC BOS-8. Unitary programmable controller: Distech Model ECB-350. Rerouting gas line to roof units. LED light system upgrade including, but not limited to, lighting controls. Replacement of: exterior door and windows, down spouts, sun shade, kitchen cabinets, counter tops, drinking fountain, domestic water heater. Performance and Payment bond needed.
